Modern day Christians ignore the overwhelming evidence
that indicates that the Bible has been altered and edited in order to cling
to their doctrine because they fail to grasp the very foundational
principles of the New Covenant.
The fourth century Church of Rome, “synagogue of
Satan.” The report of Martin Luther confirms the very Biblical
prediction made by the Apostle Paul (2 Th. 2:4 – 2 Cor. 11:13-15)
We are the Prodigal Sons of our Heavenly Father and
the Kingdom is within us – those that live a consecrated life will be shown
the undefiled Word of God. The Bible even in its corrupted form as it has been
passed down is still sufficient to manifest the Living Word of God in the
life of the seeker
“Correctors” were selected by church authorities to adapt
the Sacred text to suite the views which the church had sanctioned – events
following the Nicaen Council meeting, 325 A.D. (Prof. Eberhard Nestle). The church of Constantine endeavored to make the
teachings of the church in sync with Pagan Rome. Historical evidence strongly suggests that the
manuscripts of the New Testament have traces of two types of alteration –
elimination or alteration of what was considered doctrinally unacceptable,
and the addition of doctrine that was favored according to theological
tenant or practice
Remarkable omissions and striking additions and
variation are found within the many manuscripts of the Bible – how could
these differences affect our beliefs? Every group and every sect accused the others of
corrupting the Scriptures with interpolations to prove their own brand and
flavor of beliefs
The council of Nicaea convened by Emperor Constantine,
required all Christians throughout the empire to adhere to the doctrine of
the Trinity, and the doctrines of modern Christianity were created as a
secular institution to control the masses and unite the Roman Empire under
organized religion
Additions to the text were made to use Biblical edicts
to support obedience and submission to the government – the same alterations
can be found in the Epistles of Ignatius
The relationship of David to Jesus – additions to Acts
2:30 and the implications of Romans 1:3-4 – Jesus was born the Son of David
and declared the Son of God by his resurrection. Neither Jesus or his disciples taught the doctrine of
the Trinity
In numerous documented cases the commentaries of early
Christians that were often made in the margins were later incorporated into
the body of the text by a later copyist (Andrew of Caesarea and the Book of
Revelations)
Labeled heretics – the Gnostic origin of Christianity
and Scripture. Gnosis – Knowledge received directly from God. The Church
believed that all revelation and interpretation was in the hands of
political hierarchy.
The Church of Jesus was a Spiritual Church – one where
each of its disciples could learn Truth directly from God. There is no
thought in the teachings of Jesus that one must die to enter the Kingdom or
worship in God’s Spiritual Tabernacle
The Doctrine of Perpetual Redemption. Religion has
been perverted to nothing more than an insurance policy – allowing
“believers” to live life as they please so long as they are “saved” without
regard for the lifestyle and transformation that Jesus taught
Sabbath observance - the Spiritual meaning of the Sabbath was removed from Scripture – this is
supported by an ancient codex of the Gospel of Luke (the account is found in
the Gospel of Thomas of the Nag Hammadi Library as well)
Jesus became the Son of God, or “Anointed of God,” at
his baptism – Acts 13:33, Hebrews 1:5, Luke 3:22 (footnote at the baptism of
Jesus in the RSV Bible states that more ancient manuscripts read “This day I
have begotten thee” rather than “In thee I am well pleased” at Luke 3:22)
If Jesus was born a man – a man whose soul had
attained the highest level of perfection – and became the “Messiah” or
“Anointed” by fulfilling God’s Law, then rather than worshiping him as God,
we must look to Jesus as the Pattern we must follow (Luke 14:27). A Pattern
is not something we believe in, but something we mold our lives after
Martin Luther’s rejection of Paul was on the grounds
of evidence that the Apostle did not believe in the doctrine of the Trinity
(Hebrews 3:1-3). Jesus never made the claim to be God, rather referring
to himself as our brother (Matthew 25:40, John 20:17) – as did the writers
of the New Testament (Romans 8:29). Jesus was also referred to as the
‘forerunner,’ ‘high-priest.’
Examples emonstrating the validity of the verse “Thou
art my Son: this day I have begotten thee”
Opening the Mind to the Mysteries of God – worthiness
is judged by the willingness to use what God has placed in your hands and
manifest Truth and Light in the world
Parable of the Sower and the Seed – it is the
“good-ground,” the mindset of the consecrated lifestyle, that is necessary
for spiritual growth. A process of transformation and birth, developing our
potential and cultivating the “ground” (physical, mental, and spiritual
preparation)
Because the Scriptures were altered to accommodate the
Pagan government of Rome our religious experience never evolves past
praising, supplicating, and making ourselves good subjects to the “heavenly
royal family”
An important and foundational concept in understanding
the Scripture and TheWay that Jesus taught is answered in the question
posed: When will the Kingdom come? – “when the two
shall be One, and the without as the within, and the male with the female,
neither male nor female” (quoted from the Oxyrhynchus Papri, Gnostic
Gospel of Thomas, and the writing of Clement who was quoting a verse that
was in his copy of the Bible at the time)
Alterations in the Gospel of Luke, Mark, and Matthew –
significance of the commentary by Origen, comparisons of the differences
between Matthew, Mark, and Luke
Christianity at the time of the early Church Fathers
prior to the fourth century and the changes seen in the writings of the
Biblical scholars after the secularization of the religion – both in beliefs
and Scriptural references
Pagan tenants inserted with the translation from
Hebrew to Greek (Edward Gibbon) – virgin birth, Easter, Christmas, etc.
Prove All Things (1 Thessalonians 5:21). The tares
among the wheat (Matthew 13:25). Corruption of the Scripture and the church
predicted in the Bible itself
Did God protect the Scriptures from alteration by the
forces of darkness or did God insure that sufficient evidence remained to
point the truly faithful believer toward the place in Spirit where the
Genuine Scriptures are beyond the reach of the Prince of Darkness?
