The Pharisees/Sadducees and the Essenes – the false
teachers and those that worked toward guiding the Disciple in search for
Truth
The teachings of TheWay are to develop the believer
and bring about a necessary transformation, preparing the seeker as they
advance toward maturity
To the carnal believer faith is the most important
element of his religious experience (pre-Christian condition). A Christian
is one who strives after the Anointing of Light – and once the mind is
illuminated (gnosis), faith is no longer the active principle
Phases of Spiritual development – carnal to
perfection/completion. The Law of Grace
Gnostic, seeking Knowledge within. Teachers of this
world or Spiritual guides. The One Teacher, the Christ. Receiving from the
Source (walking in TheWay, consecration of the body-mind). Moving beyond
limitations, functioning on a higher frequency of Creation (parts of mind
that correspond to the physical/earth). Embracing a multi-dimensional
perception and understanding of Creation and Life
It would have been futile for the Gentiles to embrace
a foreign culture (the Jews), rather than seeking the deeper meaning within
the Greek/Roman – because of this, Paul was forced to present the essence of
the Gospel in a more universal understanding
Three-fold nature of man, spiritual realms that are
beyond the comprehension of carnal man – seeking God within. Jesus
represents the highest expression of Creation and is the Pattern we must
follow. Following the Transcendent Christ or the historical Jesus?
The soul of man and the revelation of the Inner Light
and Kingdom. Living in accordance with the Royal Law of God, which is
indigenous to man’s own Spiritual nature
Light and darkness. Embracing the natural Laws of God
in our quest to immerse our lives in Truth and Light. Becoming the
“good-ground,” “turn-about” (reversing the direction we have been traveling)
Nature of the Soul – sum of all experiences. Know
thyself, then seek God
The Laws and the paradoxical nature of Creation
(balance and order) – the Laws preserve the natural barriers of this realm
as well as restrict carnal man from access to the Kingdom
