The Cult of the Worship of Mary Magdalene(outline of topics) |
-
The Cult of the Worship of Mary Magdalene -
- The greatest threat to enlightenment is the
spiritually disenfranchised pseudo-Gnostics
- The One Teacher, Key of Knowledge, and the meaning of
the Scriptures. What is Gnosis? Turning the Scriptures within.
- Letting go of the doctrines of men – seeking to Know
Thyself. The pattern of Perfection
- Three types of Christians. Spiritual, disciple, and
simple faith
*The True
Prophet:
- The early Gnostics understood that the vast majority
could not achieve completion, because they continually observed the
Scriptures in an outward manner. What Knowledge of even the most secret
historical account, would bestow upon the hearer eternal life?
- The Valentinin system - Pneumatics (those with
Knowledge of the Inner Soul), Hyletics (worshiping the material), and
Psychics (abstract intellectualism and moralizing in seekers)
- The True Prophet, the Christ within. Scripture conveys
what one must do to seek within and learn from the True Prophet
- The only way to learn and know Truth is through the
dormant spiritual nature. All works of man are merely prepatory
- Externalization of “historical” figures – Mary
Magdalene, DaVinci Code, and the Jesus Papers
- The Three-Fold Self (physical-physical,
mental-physical, spiritual-physical, etc.). Divine Marriage and the
evolution of the Third-Force. Allegory of Scripture – blue-print of Mind
*The Tower of Babel – A
portrayal of the Laws of Divine Strategery:
- Male/female differences, the races and 12 spheres, and
the 144,000 fragments of mind that defines a person’s unique perception. The
quagmire of massive division and man’s state of confusion. The key to the
Tower of Babel Dilemma (Gen. 11:6) – Oneness. What exists without, exists
within.
Plato’s Cave –
- Allegory of the Cave – shackled by the earth-bound
senses of this world, limitations of man. Mankind portrayed as being chained
to the walls of a cave so they can only see the shadows cast on the walls of
the cave by a fire and unable to see the Source of reality. Those that are
freed from the cave. Seeking Knowledge of what is Real, rather than
Illusion. Breaking the shackles of physical limitations and receiving Sacred
Manna and Gnosis
- The literal interpretation of Plato’s Cave – Reality
existing in another dimension beyond our vision
Organic Man Dwells in Absolute Confusion –
·
Organic man is an embryonic image of the Soul-Self and the
limitations of the body-vessel. Dwelling in the “outer darkness” or the “far
country” of the Prodigal Son.
·
Who are the Dead? The “Broad Way” and the “Narrow Path.” The
importance of the physical body and seeking the Kingdom while in this realm
The Nature of the Scriptures –
- The inner meaning of the Scriptures and Original
Christianity. Knowledge of the Laws and the elementary wisdom necessary to
begin walking in TheWay (escaping the Cave)
- The Divine Patten and DNA with which all Creation is
imbued. The body of the literal text – what is portrayed as historical
accounts are necessary events of the body, mind/soul, and spirit that must
be brought about in the life of the seeker
- Why is Scripture written to appear as History? All of
Life in this realm is as Living Scripture – illusion and allusion. The
consciousness of man is impressed into the lower three kingdoms which we
call nature.
